The client has the right to save or print the actual terms of use, and the saving as well as the printing of this document is under his sole responsibility. Previously to his order, the client declares that his purchase has no link whatsoever with his profession, the purchase being made solely for his private use. The client has specific rights that would be denied if the products or services purchased would be used professionally.

The offers are valid only until last in inventory.

Price of our products
The prices are in Euros, and are valid at the time of the order form established by the client. They do not include the shipping fees, that are shown before the confirmation of the order form. The prices include the VAT as valid at the time of the order.  Any raise of this tax will be applicable immediately.

Taxes and duties
Any order to be shipped outside of Greece can be submit to taxes and duties from the customs of the country of destination. They are to be paid by the receiver under his reponsability.  Crete O'live - AGNO will not inform its customer of the event of taxes and duties. The client must ask to the authorities of his country.

Payment
To pay for a purchase, the client can use all the ways of payment offered in the order form.  The client must assure Crete O'live - AGNO company that he has the right to use the way of payment he has chosen. Crete O'live - AGNO company can cancel the processing of the order if the credit card is declined, or any other way of payment refused by the official organism.  Crete O'live - AGNO company has the right to refuse to ship or accept an order from a client who has not fully paid a former order.

Once the payment has been made, your order will be shipped by post (ELTA) within the next 1-3 working days.

The items purchased will ship to the shipping address as given on the order form. The client will take care of giving the shipping address with a maximum of details.

If you pay by PayPal or  Credit Card (processed through the processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank), your account will be debited and your parcel will be shipped from Crete withing the next 1-2 working days.

In the case of a payment by Bank Deposit, the ordered items will only be sent upon receipt of the bank transfer.

Please read below, the names, the prices and the delivery deadlines of our carrier for each shipping zone. They are purely indicative and may be subject to change, depending primarily on the weight of your parcel. These delivery deadlines were given to us by our carrier (ELTA). They are calculated on the basis of working days – from Monday to Friday – (except bank holidays).

1 - GREECE

• ELTA Registered:  5.10 € - delivery time: 4 to 6 days , for products that weight up to 3kg (including packaging).
• ELTA Registered:  5.60 € - delivery time: 4 to 6 days , for small parcels, products that weight up to 1,5kg (including packaging).

2 - EUROPE

• ELTA Europe (EPG) - Standard Shipping costs:
  • ELTA:  33.99€ - delivery time: 6 to 9 days , for products that weight up to 3kg (including packaging).
  • ELTA:  27.45€ - delivery time: 6 to 9 days , for small parcels, products that weight up to 1,5kg (including packaging).

2 - OVERSEAS

• ELTA Overseas - Standard Shipping costs:
  • ELTA International:  40.54€ - delivery time: 6 to 9 days , for products that weight up to 3kg (including packaging).
  • ELTA International:  32.08€ - delivery time: 6 to 9 days , for small parcels, products that weight up to 1,5kg (including packaging).

Please note that Adoption package consists of 3 shipments, 1 shipment that weights 2.6kg and 2 shipments that weight 1.1kg, therefore is calculated as the sum of all three for the shipping costs.

For all shipments outside the European Union :
As an exporter outside the European Union, Crete O'live - AGNO products are charged without VAT. You must however directly acquit tax and custom expenses corresponding to your country, upon the delivery of your parcel.

In case of delivery problems
ELTA is a trusty carrier. However, it may happen as in any shipping, that it may be some lateness in delivery or a package is being lost.

Crete O'live - AGNO has no responsibility if the shipping takes longer than planned, or in case of theft, lost, or strike. No claim can be made towards Crete O'live - AGNO if the package has been delivered by the carrier scanning. It is due to the client to give every information related to the address of delivery. If the address is incomplete or wrong, and the package comes back to Crete O'live - AGNO, the fees are at the charge of the client.

We pledge to give you entire satisfaction for our products and services.

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so if your order has not shipped yet.  Please send us an email and we would love to help you.

If the order haw shipped, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot accept a return for safety reasons.

The order will be processed at the latest within 3 days from the day after the purchase. If the product is not in stock at that time, the client will be informed and can then cancel his order. He can request a refund or an exchange. However, it ever the consumer does not answer to our emails informing them of the unavailabilities, Crete O'live - AGNO reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund to the consumer.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
